* Updated Arne AHI driver to 4.22
- Uses Arne channel 7 to play AHI mixing buffer
* Updated v4net.device to 2.360
- Works on all V4 current and future card
* Updated vampiregfx.card to 1.43
- Merge V2 and V4 colorport handling
- Added 640x200 resolution
- Improved V4 accelerator handling
- Added Manticore ID
* Added ApolloMap and ApolloFlash 1.24
- Requires GOLD2.16 on V2
- Required for VFloppy support on V4
